 Chained

I was chained in the Garden

And led out by the Master

On all fours as was Nebuchadnezzar

In his 7-10-year Wisdom experience.

The ball and chain around my neck,

Were in the gentle hands of the Master.

He led me out of that Garden to live

The Wisdom Path, the Way of Wisdom.

This vision was sometime in 1996-1997; which concluded that this ties in well with Paul’s statement of being an ambassador in Chains. For example, Nebuchadnezzar was also that (esoterically) as Christ was preparing him while feeding him (eating grass or learning wisdom) in the desert.

TUMBLING WEEDS

The weeds, never self-rooted, not restrained by

Wills of their own, but by the wills of Other.

Many tumbleweeds stroll by, being propelled

By the winds of time; some good, some ill.

The triumphs and traumas embedded in them

Serve as scenes from afar that one witness as

A judge, like a movie to be viewed and reviewed,

As an unction to be acted upon or discarded to let die.

What mean they, what they meant, should mean,

Should have meant. Images as the past teleported into the

Present, portending a future whose roots are in

The distant and not-so-distant past, yet eons past,

Ages past, eons more, ages more, lives past. Yesterday,

Yesteryear. The past, grandfathers of the present.

The present, grandmothers of the future.

What will the future be – let the

Tumbling weeds be the silent instructors.

Our future is the witness to the past.

The pasts, witnesses to the present.

The future has no will of its own – it is the

Outcome of the wills of the past and the

Present. Whatever the future will be must

Be established in the present where the past

Is being worked out, which present in

The future is the past. And in all of these, the

Maker of all things is there also. Tumbleweeds.

(Thinking on and watching images in the mind, what they mean, what they don’t.)

Let Us Run and Psalm Ninety One

Let Us Run and Psalm Ninety One

Master and Lord!
It’s time to run again,
I need you to help me run
Help me find my place
Under the Sun,
Eons ago you helped
Me cross the world Chasm
In one stride!
First, you helped me retrieve
The Stone that was in it.
The Chasm is behind me,
The race is not – I’m still in it,
Once again, seeing you beside
Me, ready to show me how
To sprint again,
I’m never afraid. I can run
In the Spirit and actualize
It on my Earth-Mother.
Help me to find my place under
The Sun that you have sanctioned,
Hallowed for Me. When I run,
I will find it because you are the
Guide and the Spirit in my
Holy feet! Let’s run on.
My dad used to say to
You when he needed help in his
Tedious race: “Okay Jesus, let’s ....”
Now, Lord, let us run, and
Let us find my place that you
Have already covered with your
Feathers, and under those Wings I
Will trust as my safe house,
My refuge – When we find it.
Lord, let us run! Amen. OM

Bowing the head of my heart

Bowing the head of my heart

I bow the head of my heart
While I consult my Muse.
I humbly receive any Wisdom
Bestowed upon me to use.
As Angels come down here,
Their presence fills me with sheer
Awe and a most Godly fear.
Angels always have a listening ear.
I tread softly as the celestial Muse
Makes peace be still in the ocean of my soul,
with more Wisdom words than I can ever use.
When I need to steal away to pray,
Those wisdom words are always at play.
Cycling, recycling, and recycling again,
Like a regurgitating machine deep within.
I bow the head of my heart
While I consult my Muse.
I humbly receive any Wisdom
Bestowed upon me to use.
As I allow the Spirit to overtake my pen,
I bow the head of my heart time and again.
